 The aims of this research is to determine the effects of service quality, customer satisfaction IM3 Indosat mobile telecommunications in Bandar Lampung . The data of this research is collected from 100 customer who use more or less 1 year Indosat IM3 . The sampling technique of this research is non probability sampling with the method of purposive sampling. The analysis techniques used in the research are validity test, reliability test, classic assumptions test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test including the t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The result of analysis using multiple linear regression can be seen that the service quality variable has positive effect on customer satisfaction Indosat IM3. Second, consumers value a positive influence on customer satisfaction Indosat IM3. The result of analysis using t test can be seen that service quality, customer satisfaction have positive effect and significant toward the customer satisfaction Indosat IM3 . The result of analysis using coefficient of determination is known that 55,9% , can be explained by variable reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy while 44,1% explained by others variable that excluded in this research

 This study aims to analyze the trust manager of the mosque in managing funds associated with the financial reporting environment in particular mosque mosque in the University of Diponegoro , test and analyze managers to manage funds , especially in the area of Diponegoro University Mosque , test and analyze the application of internal controls that have been made manager mosque mosque in managing funds especially in the area of Diponegoro University , as well as to understand the application of internal control that has been done in the mosque authorities to manage the funds and determine barriers to the implementation of internal control and how to overcome these obstacles . This study used qualitative methods with case study approach . Attitude of mandate as the concept of internal controls in the financial reporting process mosque analyzed with case study approach . The results of this study show that the mandate is an attitude that is very important to the concept of internal control in this study , especially in the financial reporting process mosque . This occurs because the mandate as a form of responsibility to God , so with an attitude of trust can reduce fraud action misappropriation of funds of the mosque

Rise and fall of an employee's performance is due to the unfavorable organizational culture, employees who lack discipline in carrying out the work, the absentee rate is always rising and declining morale. These conditions resulted in the education department is difficult to develop. The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work discipline, morale and performance of staff education department Sragen. This study uses independent variables are organizational culture, work discipline and morale, as well as the dependent variable is the performance of employees. Poulasi used are employees of the education department Subag Sragen general, financial Subag, Subag PEP, Dikmen, and PNF Orseni. The sampling technique was conducted using convenience sampling, the sampling is done by members of the population, namely the ease of just 52 employees. Data analysis methods used are quantitative analyzes include test validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hipotesiz test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regersi analysis which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that have met the test of validity, reliability testing, and the classical assumption processed to produce a regression equation as follows: Y = 0.423 X1 + 0.322 X2 + 0.267 X3 Based upon a multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that the culture of the organization, work discipline, and morale positive and significant impact on employee performance

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana tanggapan responden terhadap brand equity merek 347/eat; (2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana tanggapan responden terhadap strategi perluasan merek (brand extention) 347/eat; (3) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh brand equity terhadap strategi perluasan merek (brand extension) pada 347/eat Clothing Company Bandung.

Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain deskriptif, dengan metode: (1) Metode Survei (2) Metode Pengembangan (3) Metode Korelasi, untuk menentukan pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel tergantung. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui: (a) Observasi (b) Studi pustaka (c) Angket/ kuesioner. Untuk mendapatkan deskriptif dari masing-masing variabel dilakukan analisis terhadap instrumen kuesioner dengan mengumpulkan skor sebagai hasil penilaian dari masing-masing responden dengan indikator skala 1 sampai 5 yang menginterprestasikan dari kondisi sangat baik, baik, sedang, tidak baik, dan sangat tidak baik. Untuk mencari seberapa kuat pengaruh keberhasilan merek terhadap strategi perluasan merek, maka dilakukan uji korelasi dengan menggunakan metode statistik Rank Spearman (rs) yang diteruskan dengan mencari persentase pengaruh brand equity terhadap strategi perluasan merek (brand extention) pada 347/eat Clothing Company Bandung dengan rumus koefisien.




Dari hasil analisis kuesioner terhadap brand equity diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata kesetujuan responden terhadap seluruh indikator pada kuesioner adalah sebesar 3,8 dengan skor skala 1-5 berarti bahwa brand equity sebagai variabel x pada 347/eat Clothing Company Bandung adalah baik. Sedangkan hasil analisis kuesioner terhadap strategi perluasan merek diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata kesetujuan terhadap seluruh indikator pada kuesioner adalah sebesar 3,24 dengan skor skala 1-5 berarti bahwa strategi perluasan merek sebagai variabel y pada 347/eat Clothing Company Bandung adalah sedang (cukup). Dari hasil uji korelasi dengan menggunakan rumus Rank Spearman (rs) terhadap brand equity sebagai variabel x dengan strategi perluasan merek sebagai variabel y menghasilkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,997 berarti bahwa brand equity mempengaruhi strategi perluasan merek pada 347/eat Clothing Company Bandung dengan pengaruh sangat kuat dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 99,5% mengindikasikan bahwa variabel brand equity sebagai variabel x mempengaruhi strategi perluasan merek sebagai variabel y pada 347/eat Clothing Company Bandung dengan nilai hampir sempurna (absolute).
