Hubungan Antara Kecerdasan Emosional Dengan Self-Efficacy Belief Dalam Penyelesaian Tugas Akhir Pada Mahasiswa 

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk tnenguji hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan self- efficacy belief dalam penyelesaian tugas akhir pada mahasiswa. Jumlah partisipan sebanyak 86 mahasiswa. Data diperoleh melalui skala kecerdasaan emosional dan self-efficacy belief Hasil uji korelasi menunjukan adanya hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan self-efficacy belief dalam penyelesaian tugas akhir pada mahasiswa.

 The market share of Honda motorcycles in Indonesia has decreased. Even the top position in terms of motorcycle sales have for years held by Honda recently displaced by Yamaha. One of the causes that influence the decline in market share of Honda motorcycles is the decline in buying interest of consumers that become customers of Honda motorcycles to make a purchase again. In addition, a new motorcycle consumers are also less interested in buying Honda motorcycles. . This can be influenced by factors that are less effective promotions, the price is more expensive than the price offered by competitors, quality products that are still many shortcomings and also after-sales service which failed to give satisfaction to customers is an important factor that must be considered by the manufacturer Honda. This study uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 17.0. To get good estimation and interpretation of this study, the samples determined by 80 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is by using purposive sampling. So the sample used is 80 students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Diponegoro in Semarang who had purchased Honda motorcycles produced over the year 2008 and is still produced. The research proves that the three independent variables are price, product quality and after sales service has a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable is the Honda motorcycle purchase decision. While one independent variable is the promotion does not have a significant effect for the respondent in determining the decision to buy Honda motorcycle. The test results of multiple regression showed that all independent variables (promotion, product quality, price and after-sales service) positive effect on purchasing decisions. The biggest positive influence on purchase decisions of Honda motorcycles in the Faculty of Economics, University of Diponegoro in Semarang is on a variable after-sales service with a coefficient 0.300, followed by variable rates with a coefficient of 0.294, then the variable quality of the product with a coefficient of 0.263, while the most influential variable low promotion variable with coefficient of 0.028

 The aims of this research is to determine the effects of service quality, customer satisfaction IM3 Indosat mobile telecommunications in Bandar Lampung . The data of this research is collected from 100 customer who use more or less 1 year Indosat IM3 . The sampling technique of this research is non probability sampling with the method of purposive sampling. The analysis techniques used in the research are validity test, reliability test, classic assumptions test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test including the t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The result of analysis using multiple linear regression can be seen that the service quality variable has positive effect on customer satisfaction Indosat IM3. Second, consumers value a positive influence on customer satisfaction Indosat IM3. The result of analysis using t test can be seen that service quality, customer satisfaction have positive effect and significant toward the customer satisfaction Indosat IM3 . The result of analysis using coefficient of determination is known that 55,9% , can be explained by variable reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy while 44,1% explained by others variable that excluded in this research

 This study aims to determine how quality of service, price perception, and brand image of the purchase consumer satisfaction to transport service users of TransJogja Bus in Yogyakarta city. And this research also aims to analyze the most dominant factors that influence on purchase consumer satisfaction to transport service users of TransJogja Bus in Yogyakarta city. This research was conducted with questionnaire method to 100 respondents service users of Transjogja Bus obtained using the technique non-probability sampling with approximations accidental sampling and population that used in this study is consumer who ever use transjogja bus. Analytical methods used were quantitative analysis of multiple regression analysis. This analysis includes : validity and reliability, the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing by t tes and F test, and analysis of determination coefficient (R2). From tihs analysis of the regression equation was obtained as follows, Y = 0,407 X1 + 0,267 X2 + 0,235 X3 The quality of service variable have the most impact on purchasing consumer satisfaction for 0,407, then followed by price perception variable equals 0,267, and the most recent low is brand image variable equals 0,235. Hypothesis testing used t test to showing that the three variables are quality of service (X1), price perception (X2), and brand image (X3), which studied positively and significantly affect the dependent variable is consumer satisfaction (Y). Then the f test can be seen that the variable of quality of service, price perception and brand image eligible to test the dependent purchasing consumer satisfaction. Adjusted R square show that 72,3% of consumer satisfaction variation can be explained by the three independent variables in multiple regression equations. While the rest of 27,7% was explained by other variable outside of the three variables used in this study.

This research background by the emergence of competition between brands of the old with the emergence of new brands. Specifically, this study attempts to maintain Pocari Sweat market leader. The research problem is "how to leverage brand equity on consumer purchasing decisions isotonic drink Pocari Sweat brand? '. This study specifically to examine the elements of brand equity consists of brand awareness, brand associations and perceived quality. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the four elements of brand equity is the Consumer purchasing decisions on products isotoni brand Pocari Sweat drinks. After a literature review and preparation of hypotheses, data were collected through questionnaire method on the 100 respondents who had conducted a purchase decision on the product brand Pocari Sweat. While the population of respondents is presented in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Diponegoro. While sampling studies using accidental sampling technique. Then the analysis of data obtained using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The data that meet the test validity, test reliability and test classical assumption is processed to produce a regression equation as follows: Y = 0.279 X1 + 0,330 X2 + 0,252 X3 Where the buying decision variable (Y), Brand Awareness (X1), Brand Association (X2) and Perceived Quality (X3). Testing the hypothesis using the F test showed that the four independent variables studied together proved a significant effect on the dependent variable. Then through the t-test can be seen that brand awareness, brand associations and perceived quality. shown to significantly influence the purchasing decisions partially. Figures Adjusted R Square of 0.512 indicates that 51,2 percent of purchase decisions variation can be explained by the four independent variables in the regression equation. The remaining 48,8 percent described other variables outside the four variables used in this study.

Rise and fall of an employee's performance is due to the unfavorable organizational culture, employees who lack discipline in carrying out the work, the absentee rate is always rising and declining morale. These conditions resulted in the education department is difficult to develop. The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work discipline, morale and performance of staff education department Sragen. This study uses independent variables are organizational culture, work discipline and morale, as well as the dependent variable is the performance of employees. Poulasi used are employees of the education department Subag Sragen general, financial Subag, Subag PEP, Dikmen, and PNF Orseni. The sampling technique was conducted using convenience sampling, the sampling is done by members of the population, namely the ease of just 52 employees. Data analysis methods used are quantitative analyzes include test validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hipotesiz test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regersi analysis which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that have met the test of validity, reliability testing, and the classical assumption processed to produce a regression equation as follows: Y = 0.423 X1 + 0.322 X2 + 0.267 X3 Based upon a multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that the culture of the organization, work discipline, and morale positive and significant impact on employee performance

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of price, attractiveness post message, trust, reputation and buying interest towards purchase decisions with a system pre order online in online shop Chopper Jersey. The Population used in this research are the consumers of online shop Chopper Jersey. 200 respondents that taken as sample using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling approach. The analysis technique used in this research is structural equation models with 16.0 Amos program. The results of this research indicate that the price have positive impact on buying interest. Attractiveness of the posting messages impacting positively on buying interest. Trust have positive impact on buying interest. Reputation have positive impact on buying interest and buying interest have positive impact on purchasing decisions online

Competition in the business world today is getting tight. It is also felt by businesses such culinary Waroeng Special Sambal. Many other attempts that have sprung up with the characteristics of each. That customers are satisfied and do not move to another place, then the company should know the factors that affect customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction can be created through pricing, quality products and quality service. In particular, this study discusses customer satisfaction Waroeng Special Sambal cabang Lampersari Semarang. This study examined three independent variables, ie price, product quality, and quality of service can affect customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the three independent variables on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted with a questionnaire to 100 customers Waroeng Special Sambal obtained by using purposive sampling techniques. Then conducted an analysis of data obtained in the form of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis involves the validity and reliability testing, test classic assumptions, multiple regression analysis, Goodness of Fit test through regression coefficient (R2), F test and t test. Qualitative analysis is an interpretation of the data obtained in this study and the results of data processing is carried out by giving a description and explanation. The data that have met the test of validity, reliability, and test the assumptions of classical processed to produce a regression equation as follows: Y = 0.233 X1 + 0.413 X2 + 0.272 X3 These results indicate that all the independent variables tested are positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction through the F test and t test, whereas the number Adjusted R Square of 0.521 indicates 52.1% of the variation in customer satisfaction Waroeng Special Sambal cabang Lampersari Semarang which can be explained by the third independent variable, where the remaining 47.9% is explained by other factors outside of the study.

This study aims to analyze the effect of income expectation, family environment, and education toward college student entrepreneurial interest in Faculty Economic and Bussiness, Undip. Using survey questionnaires data collection, the samples of this research are student entrepreneurial interest in Faculty Economic and Bussiness, Undip. Data used is primary data with collection method is through questionnaires. Technique data used is multiple regression. The result of this study are : (1) There is positive effect between income expectation and college student entrepreneurial interest in Faculty Economic and Bussiness, Undip. This means the higher income so will be the higher their interest to be entrepreneur. (2) There is positive effect between family environment and college student entrepreneurial interest in Faculty Economic and Bussiness, Undip. This means the higher effect of family so will be the higher their interest to be entrepreneur. (3) There is positive effect between education and college student entrepreneurial interest in Faculty Economic and Bussiness, Undip. This means the higher education level so will be the higher their interest to be entrepreneur

The problem of unemployment has become a constraint for each country at this time. The rapid growth of the labor force can not be followed by employment opportunities, bring about the increase of unemployement every year. Interestingly, in this case there are educated unemployment, especially graduates of higher education whose numbers continue to rise because it is not directly absorbed by job field. This study aims to analyze job seeking time for educated unemployment in the Pedurungan district, the city of Semarang. Independent variables are used the desired wages, education, age, sex, and type of high school. The analysis tools include multiple regression analysis, F test, t test, and different test t-test. Based on research output, there is one variable that otherwise not significant, the gender variable. Determination coefficient is 0,209 it means that 20,9 percent job seeking time can be explained by desired wages, education, age, and sex. The result of different test variable types of senior high school is significant with significance level about 0.033 or less than 0.05.

STUDI AKTIVITAS PENGGUNA GAZEBO FAKULTAS PENDIDIKAN TEKNOLOGI DAN KEJURUAN

Manusia dan lingkungan merupakan dua aspek yang tidak dapat dipisahkan, manusia merupakan pusat lingkungan dan sekaligus pula menjadi bagian dari lingkungan. Lingkungan akan mempengaruhi seorang individu begitu pula sebaliknya individu akan mempengaruhi lingkungannya. Keberagaman persepsi setiap individu terhadap lingkungan akan mewarnai lingkungannya. Karena lingkungan bukan hanya menjadi wadah manusia beraktivitas, melainkan pula bagian integral dari pola perilaku manusia. Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang apa saja aktivitas yang terjadi pada gazebo FPTK. Gazebo merupakan ruang publik (publik space) yang sangat diminati mahasiswa untuk melakukan aktivitas dan berinteraksi sosial satu sama lainnya.
Pengguna sebagai individu akan memberikan persepsi pada lingkungannya. Pada penelitian ini pengguna akan memberikan persepsi tentang gazebo FPTK, perbedaan persepsi setiap individu akan menghasilkan keragaman kognisi spasial, yang nantinya akan mengarah kepada keragaman perilaku spasial. Perilaku spasial ini yang nantinya akan menyebabkan banyaknya aktivitas yang tercipta pada sebuah lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui tabel aktivitas, dan wawancara terhadap pengguna gazebo. Fokus penelitian terhadap kondisi sosial (sosial situation) yang mencakup ketiga aspek yaitu penguna gazebo FPTK (actor), gazebo FPTK (place), aktivitas (activity).
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apa saja aktivitas pengguna selama menggunakan gazebo FPTK. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian aktivitas yang terdapat pada gazebo FPTK yaitu diskusi, rapat, duduk, mengobrol, browsing internet, bermain game, makan, minum, kencan, bermain kartu, berdiri di meja, duduk di meja, berdiri di bangku, jongkok pada bangku, duduk di lantai, berjualan, mengerjakan tugas, berdiri, tiduran, membaca koran, kegiatan acara himpunan, merokok, memarkirkan sepeda.
Kata kunci: aktivitas, gazebo FPTK, pengguna gazebo FPTK.

Humans and the environment are two aspects can not be separated, man is the center of the environment and at the same time also becomes part of the environment. Environment will affect an individual and vice versa individual will affect the environment. The diversity of each individual's perception of the environment will be coloring their environment. Because the environment is not just a container of human activity, but also an integral part of human behavior patterns. Background problem in this study is about what activities are happening at the gazebo FPTK. Gazebo is a public space that is in great demand for student social activities and interact with each other. User as an individual would give the perception of the environment. In this study, users will give a perception of the gazebo FPTK, differences in the perception of each individual will produce a diversity of spatial cognition, which will lead to the diversity of spatial behavior. The spatial behavior that would cause a number of activities that are created in an environment. This study used a qualitative descriptive methods, data collection techniques through activities table, and interviews with users gazebo. The focus of research on social conditions which includes three aspects, namely user gazebo FPTK (actor), gazebo FPTK (place), activity (activity). The purpose of this study was to determine what activity the user during use FPTK gazebo. Rise and fall of an employee's performance is due to the unfavorable organizational culture, employees who lack discipline in carrying out the work, the absentee rate is always rising and declining morale. These conditions resulted in the education department is difficult to develop. The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work discipline, morale and performance of staff education department Sragen. This study uses independent variables are organizational culture, work discipline and morale, as well as the dependent variable is the performance of employees. Poulasi used are employees of the education department Subag Sragen general, financial Subag, Subag PEP, Dikmen, and PNF Orseni. The sampling technique was conducted using convenience sampling, the sampling is done by members of the population, namely the ease of just 52 employees. Data analysis methods used are quantitative analyzes include test validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hipotesiz test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regersi analysis which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that have met the test of validity, reliability testing, and the classical assumption processed to produce a regression equation as follows: Y = 0.423 X1 + 0.322 X2 + 0.267 X3 Based upon a multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that the culture of the organization, work discipline, and morale positive and significant impact on employee performance.  This study aims to analize the effect of profitability, company size, financial leverage, auditor quality and dividend payout ratio toward income smoothing among listed manufacture companies at Indonesian Stock Exchange. The factors being examined are profitability, company size, financial leverage, auditor quality, and dividend payout ratio. Index Eckel is used to determine the income smoothing practice. The study is using12 manufacture companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, within a period between 2006-2009. The examination of hypothesis method using multivariate regretion to examine the influence of profitability, company size, financial leverage, auditor quality and dividend payout ratio toward income smoothing. The result of this study indicate that profitability, financial leverage and auditor quality don’t have significant effect to income smoothing. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employees performance (Study on the employees of Badan Kesbangpol dan Linmas Provinsi Jawa Tengah). The sample used in this research consists of 60 respondents from 106 employees. The method of sampling used is by purposive sampling, method data analysis used are multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the regression equations obtained are as follows: Y = 0,465 X1 + 0,398 X2 The result of the reseacrh using t test that leadership style and work motivation have positive significant influence to employees performance. The result of the research simultantly using F test, shows that all of the independent variables influence significant to employees performance. The coefficient determinant (R2) is 0.680 which means 68% employees performance variation explained by independent variables, where as 32% explained by another variables which is not followed. link here

The research is motivated by the increasing number of modes of public transport, especially bus routes serving routes Solo - Semarang making competition among service providers and the increasingly tighter bus provides a variety of options for consumers. While the selected object in this study is the bus that included one Rajawali bus routes serving Solo - Semarang. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence consumer loyalty to the Rajawali bus service company. Many factors can affect consumer loyalty including price fairness, quality of service and customer satisfaction. After a literature review and preparation of hypotheses, data were collected through quantitative methods with techniques questionnaires to 120 respondents who are customers / passengers of the bus Rajawali. The method of analysis used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study used purposive sampling techniques for sampling where they've never been on a bus Rajawali all the more than two times as well as all of the respondents have a profession / occupation as a student. From the processing of the data is obtained five hypotheses. Meanwhile, in the questionnaire also contained open-ended questions that can be useful to know the information or reasons of consumer. The results showed that of the price fairness effect on customer satisfaction, service quality affects customer satisfaction, price fairness has no effect on customer loyalty, service quality does not affect customer loyalty, and the last is the effect of customer satisfaction to customer loyalty

 The purpose of the research is to provide empirical evidence about knowledge management practices such as leadership support, employee training and learning opportunities, knowledge sharing process, information and communication technologies infrastructure, incentives, transfer or job rotation program, ICT know-how and skills, knowledge sharing technologies, that affect organizational performance. The statistic method that used to test the hypotheses is multiple regression analysis. The population of this research the regional work units (SKPD) Salatiga consisting of 32 orgaizations. The sample used by 97 respondents were selected by purposive sampling. Goal setting theory used to explain the influence between variables. Furthermore, variables were measured using Likert scale 1-5. The results of this research show that only leadership support, ICT infrastructure, and knowledge sharing technologies have significant positive effect on organizational performance. In addition, employee training and learning opportunities, knowledge sharing, incentives, ICT know-how and skills, as well as mutations or job rotation program do not affect on organizational performance.

KOMODIFIKASI ANAK DALAM TAYANGAN TELEVISI (KAJIAN TERHADAP PROGRAM IDOLA CILIK 3) ABSTRAKSI Rencana penelitian ini bertitik tolak pada keresahan berbagai kalangan pemerhati anak terhadap acara Idola Cilik yang dianggap kurang patut dalam berbagai formatnya. Peneliti mencurigai terjadinya proses nilai guna sosok anak ditransformasi menjadi nilai tukar (komodifikasi anak). Maka ketika acara Idola Cilik muncul sebagai ajang pencarian bakat menyanyi anak yang kini dominan di tengah persaingan program acara anak, muncul pertanyaan yang menjadi pokok permasalahan penelitian yakni bagaimana bentuk-bentuk komodifikasi anak dalam tayangan Idola Cilik RCTI?; bagaimana bentuk-bentuk komodifikasi anak diciptakan dalam level produksi tayangan Idola Cilik RCTI?; bagaimana audien memaknai komodifikasi dalam tayangan Idola Cilik RCTI; dan bagaimana latar belakang keberadaan komodifikasi anak dalam konteks perkembangan pertelevisian di Indonesia? Peneliti melakukan analisis wacana kritis Fairclough terhadap tayangan Idola Cilik 3 sebagai upaya memahami bentuk-bentuk komodifikasi dalam tayangan tersebut. Tinjauan komodifikasi anak pada tayangan ini menggunakan pendekatan teori ekonomi politik kritis dan mengaitkannya dengan teori media sebagai industri budaya. Pada level teks, peneliti menganalisis adegan-adegan dalam tayangan Idola Cilik 3. Dalam discourse practice, pada level produksi peneliti melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan pihak produser program Idola Cilik 3. Pada level konsumsi teks, peneliti melakukan wawancara dengan psikolog dan beberapa ibu rumah tangga pemerhati Idola Cilik 3. Sedang pada level sosiocultural practice, dilakukan studi pustaka untuk melihat dimensi yang berhubungan dengan konteks di luar teks. Temuan penelitian ini adalah bahwa komodifikasi anak telah menjadi bagian dari tayangan Idola Cilik, baik dalam bentuk komodifikasi isi, komodifikasi khalayak, komodifikasi sibernetik, dan komodifikasi tenaga kerja. Komodifikasi yang dilakukan pihak televisi terhadap peserta Idola Cilik 3 ini sesungguhnya merupakan fenomena media sebagai industri bisnis yang berorientasi pada keuntungan. Ada kepentingan ekonomi politik yang dilakukan pemilik modal sehingga jika dilihat dari sudut pandang kritis dapat dilihat dari suatu yang lahir karena dominasi atas kelompok yang satu terhadap kelompok yang lain berupa kontrol demi keuntungan dan menjadi agen kapitalis. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya studi kajian kritikal mengenai ekonomi politik media. Dengan demikian di masa yang akan datang masyarakat pemirsa telah “sadar media” dan media dapat dimanfaatkan semaksimal mungkin, tidak hanya dari sisi komersial. CHILDREN COMMODIFICATION IN TELEVISION SHOW (A STUDY OF IDOLA CILIK 3 PROGRAM) ABSTRACT This study is started from eagerness of many interested parties toward Idola Cilik show which considered inappropriate of its format. The author suspected that its use values has been transformed to exchange values (children commodification). As Idola Cilik shows has predominantly become singing-talent searching arena which now very popular among competing children TV shows, it emerged questions of study; what are types of children commodification in the Idola Cilik 3 show of RCTI program?, how the type of children commodification characterized in the production of Idola Cilik 3 show of RCTI program?, how does the audience determine the commodification of the Idola Cilik 3 of RCTI show and how the background of children commodification in context of Indonesian television development? The author is using Fairclough's critical discourse analysis of Idola Cilik shows to in effort to understand forms of the shows commodification. The review of children commodification toward this show is economic-politic theory, and also the author linked to media theory of cultural industries. On textual level, the author has analyzed certain scenes of Idola Cilik 3 show. In discourse practice, the path level production the author was conducted in-depth interview toward producer of Idola Cilik 3 show. On consumer textual level, the author interviewed psychologist and household mother audience of Idola Cilik 3 show. While on the path level socio-cultural practice, it is conducted by literature study to determine dimension related to irrelevant context. This study findings show there have been occurred children commodification of Idola Cilik 3 show, either content, public, cybernetics, or labor commodification. This commodification effort by television producer toward participant of Idola Cilik 3 show in fact has become media phenomenon as profit-oriented business industries. There found economic politic interest of investor in critical perspective due to domination toward other group such as controlling for benefit and agents of profit. This study implied to enrichment of critical study about economic-politic of media. Therefore in future public audiences will realize ''media awareness'' and media will give its maximum, not only from its commercial benefits.  Dalam menerima kebijaksanaarn yang telah dikeluarkan pemerintah yaitu UU No. 12 tahun 1985 masyarakat dituntut untuk memahami, menghayati, dan melaksanakannya sebagaimana diharapkan sehingga diperlukan partisipasi dari masyarakat. Dalam berpartisipasi sangat ditentukan oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya sikap, motivasi dan status, sosial Sehingga penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh Sikap, Motivasi dan Status Sosial Terhadap Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Membayar PBB Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sikap, motivasi dan status sosial dengan partislpasi masyarakat dalam membayar PBB. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini bedumlah 80 sampel, sedangkan analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan qua cara yaitu analisis data kualitatif dan analisis data kuantitatif. Dart analisis data yang dilakukan, ternyata ada hubungan yang positif antara sikap dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam membayar PBB, dimana diperoleh koefisien korelasi Rank Kendall sebesar 0,534 dengan P value 0,000 serta ada hubungan yang positif antara motivasi dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam membayar PBB dimana diperoleh koefisien korelasi Rank Kendall sebesar 0,492 dengan P value 0,000, dan ada hubungan positif antara status sosial dengan partisipasi masyarakat dalam membayar PBB dimana diperoleh koefisien korelasi Rank Kendall sebesar 0,799 dengan P, value 0,000. Sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan diterima pada taraf signifikansi 1% dan 5% Kata kunci : Sikap, Motivasi, Status sosial, Signifikan 

ABSTRACTION The execution of government policy, UU No. 12/1985, requires the public to acknowledge, understand, and implement the policy as what it supposed to be. Therefore participation of the public is crucial. There are several factors that should be considered in participating such as attitude, motivation, and social status. Based on the above mentioned the title of this research is the influence of attitude, motivation and social status toward public participation in paying Land and Property Taxes. This research aimed to reveal the relation between attitude, motivation, and social status as independent variable and public participation in paying Land and Property Taxes as dependent variable. Samples for this research are 80 samples and data analysis performed in both quantitative and qualitative. From data analysis its revealed that there is a positive relation between attitude and public participation in paying Land and Property Taxes that is showed from Rank Kendall correlation coefficient of 0,534 and p value of 0,000. Other positive relation are also found between motivation and public participation in paying Land and Property Taxes, by Rank Kendall correlation coefficient of 0,492 and p value of 0,000, and between social status and public participation in paying Land and Property Taxes, by Rank Kendall correlation coefficient of 0,799 and p value of 0,000. Therefore it is firmed that the' hypotheses is accepted at significant rate of 1% and 5%. Keywords : Attitude, Motivation, Social Status, and Significance.

EVALUASI TERHADAP STRUKTUR ORGANISASI DAN TATA KERJA PERANGKAT DAERAH

ABSTRAK Organisasi Perangkat Daerah merupakan wahana guna menampung urusan Pemerintah Daerah agar terselenggara fungsi-fungsi Pemerintah Daerah secara efektif dan efisien. Kehidupan organisasi sebagaimana kehidupan manusia, is lahir, berkembang, sakit dan akhimya bisa mati. Oleh sebab itu perubahan organisasi merupakan sesuatu yang hams dilakukan demi kelangsungan hidup organisasi, sekaligus merupakan tantangan. Terbitnya UU 22/1999 dan UU 25/1999, menjadi tonggak perubahan paradigma Pemerintah di daerah, dan terbitnya PP 84/2000, menjadi pedoman Pemerintah Daerah untuk melakukan reorganisasi, restrukturisasi dan refungsioanalisasi terhadap Struktur Organisasi dan Tatakerja (SOT) Perangkat Daerah. Untuk itu, Kabupaten Grobogan telah melakukan kegiatan reorganisasi, restrukturisasi dan refungsionalisasi SOT Perangkat Daerah, dituangkan dalam Perda Nomor 2 Tahun 2001 tentang SOT Perangkat Daerah, yang merupakan produk kebijakan Pemerintah Kabupaten Grobogan Banyak kebijakan mempunyai tujuan luas sehingga focusnya menjadi tidak jelas, karena kebijakan adalah produk politik yang mengakomodasi berbagai kepentingan. Untuk itu evaluasi kebijakan merupakan kegiatan ilmiah yang perlu dilakukan karena dalam proses kebijakan terdapat tidak saj a perilaku adminstrasi dan organisasional melainkan juga perilaku politis, oleh karena itu evaluasi kebijakan yang bermutu, sangat berguna untuk memperbaiki kebijakan dan hasilnya. Didalam penyusunan kebijakan sudah barang tentu akan ada permasalahan-permasalahan yang timbul, untuk melakukan evaluasi maka dirumuskan permasalahan sebagai berikut : Mengapa penyusunan SOT Perangkat Daerah tidak sepenuhnya berdasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip organisasi dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhinya ?. Evaluasi akan menjawab permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut. Basil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa penyusunan SOT Pemgakat Daerah Kabupaten Grobogan kurang memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip organisasi, serta adanya faktor kepentingan untuk dapat mengakomodasi pejabat-pejabat yang pangkatnya sudah tinggi akibat terjadinya likuidasi dan memperkecil social cost sebagai akibat dihapuskannya Eselon V, sehingga menghasilkan susunan organisasi yang tugasnya overlap, penggabungan lembaga yang tidak sejenis, pemisahan lembaga yang sejenis dan adanya nomenklatur yang tidak jelas. Untuk itu direkomendasikan, agar dilakukan peninjauan kembali terhadap Perda No. 2 Tahun 2001 tentang SOT Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Grobogan, disamping itu juga terhadap Pemerintah Pusat, agar melakukan peninjauan kembali terhadap pasal 62 UU No. 22/1999 serta Pasal 8 dan Pasal 9 PP 84/2000, karena pengaturan struktur organisasi harus dapat diwujudkan dalam bagan struktur organisasi, sehingga dapat mewujudkan organisasi yang efektif, karena organisasi yang efektif sangat ditentukan oleh struktur organisasi yang tepat.

ABSTRACT The Structure of Organization and The Word Order of Grobogan Regency Local Forces which is established on Grobogan Regency Local Regulation No. 2/2000 is a product from Grobogan Municipal Policy arranged base on the government's regulation No. 84/2000 about "The, Regulation of Local Forces Organization". The polio}, is a political product which accommodate many kind of interest, so the evaluation of the policy is a scientific activity which is extremely useful to improve the policy and its result. This research intens to evaluate the Structure of the Organization and The Work Order (SOT) of Grobogan Regency Local Forces. This research use a descriptive-gualitative method with a taxonomi analysis technigue base on domain structure of organization which is clarified in the principles of the organization and the domain factors which affect it are analized from the intern and extern effects. This research use a population of 50 peoples consist of the local house of representative special committee of 2000, a facilitator team for the preparation and realization of local autonomy, an investigator team for the preparation and realization of local autonomy and the head of the committee, department office and division in Grobogan Municipal Area. The result of this research shows that The Arrangement of Organization's Structure and Work Order of Grobogan Regency Local Forces does not, fully consider the principles of the organization, particularly the principal of the formulation of a clear direction, departemention, job-distribution and the command and controll unity. So it causes an overlaped organization, a fusion of the unrelevant department separation of similar department, a department with unclear function the existence of dual function in departments. The key word is that an effective organization depends on the right structure of organization must be based on the principles of organization while the right structure of the organization. In addition the arrangement of the structure of organization is not only enough by words but it also can be described in the draft of The Structure of Organization.
