ANALISIS PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DISIPLIN KERJA SERTA SEMANGAT KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI

Rise and fall of an employee's performance is due to the unfavorable organizational culture, employees who lack discipline in carrying out the work, the absentee rate is always rising and declining morale. These conditions resulted in the education department is difficult to develop. The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work discipline, morale and performance of staff education department Sragen. This study uses independent variables are organizational culture, work discipline and morale, as well as the dependent variable is the performance of employees. Poulasi used are employees of the education department Subag Sragen general, financial Subag, Subag PEP, Dikmen, and PNF Orseni. The sampling technique was conducted using convenience sampling, the sampling is done by members of the population, namely the ease of just 52 employees. Data analysis methods used are quantitative analyzes include test validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hipotesiz test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regersi analysis which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that have met the test of validity, reliability testing, and the classical assumption processed to produce a regression equation as follows: Y = 0.423 X1 + 0.322 X2 + 0.267 X3 Based upon a multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that the culture of the organization, work discipline, and morale positive and significant impact on employee performance. ANALISIS PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (Studi Pada Pegawai Badan Kesatuan Bangsa Politik Dan Perlindungan Masyarakat Provinsi)

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employees performance (Study on the employees of Badan Kesbangpol dan Linmas Provinsi Jawa Tengah). The sample used in this research consists of 60 respondents from 106 employees. The method of sampling used is by purposive sampling, method data analysis used are multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the regression equations obtained are as follows: Y = 0,465 X1 + 0,398 X2 The result of the reseacrh using t test that leadership style and work motivation have positive significant influence to employees performance. The result of the research simultantly using F test, shows that all of the independent variables influence significant to employees performance. The coefficient determinant (R2) is 0.680 which means 68% employees performance variation explained by independent variables, where as 32% explained by another variables which is not followed. link here

ANALISIS KREDIT BERMASALAH TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS : Studi Kasus pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Jakarta Periode 2007-2011 

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui gambaran kredit bermasalah pada Bank Tabungan Negara. 2) mengetahui gambaran profitabilitas pada Bank Tabungan Negara. 3) mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kredit bermasalah terhadap profitabilitas Bank Tabungan Negara. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT Bank Tabungan Negara periode 2007-2011. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif, metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian penelitian time series design. 
Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel kredit bermasalah pengaruhnya sedang terhadap tingkat profitabilitas dan besarnya pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas adalah sebesar 29,2%, sedangkan sisanya 70,8%, dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Walaupun pengaruhnya sedang namun terbukti kredit bermasalah tetap berpengaruh negatif terhadap tingkat profitabilitas, artinya apabila kredit bermasalah meningkat maka tingkat profitabilitas akan menurun. 
Begitu pula sebaliknya apabila kredit bermasalah menurun maka profitabilitas akan meningkat. Oleh karena itu penulis menyarankan agar perusahaan juga memperhatikan kondisi kolektabilitas penyaluran kredit yang dilakukan agar perolehan laba perusahaan dapat ditingkatkan sehingga berpengaruh baik terhadap profitabilitas Bank Tabungan Negara. Abstract This research reviews the phenomenon of the decrease of profitability on PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Persero (Tbk). There are some factors which could influence the decrease of profitability. One of the decreases is the poor lending of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Persero (Tbk) signed by the increase of non performing loan (NPL). This research purposes to 1) recognize the illustration of non performing loan on PT. Bank Tabungan Negara. 2) recognize the illustration of profitability on PT. Bank Tabungan Negara. 3) recognize the magnitude of the influence of non performing loan againts profitability on PT. Bank Tabungan Negara. The focus on this research is the financial report of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara periods 2007-20011.The kind of research used is descriptive and verifikatif, the method used is quantitative with the kind of research is time series design. The result showed that the influence of the variable of non performing loan is medium againts the level of profitability and the magnitude of the influence of profitability is 29,2% while the rest is 70,8% which is influenced by the other factors. Although, the influence is medium but it prove the non performing loan has negative effects against the level of profitability, it means if the non performing loan increase, the level of profitability will decrease. Otherwise if the non performing loan decrease, the level of profitability will increase. Therefore, the authors suggest that companies also consider the condition of collectability of lending that undertaken in order the company profits could be increased therefore it could have good effect against profitability of PT. PENGARUH PENILAIAN PRESTASI KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN KARYAWAN PADA KANTOR WILAYAH USAHA POS V (PT. POS INDONESIA) BANDUNG

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Wilayah Usaha Pos V (PT. Pos Indonesia) Bandung. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana gambaran efektivitas Penilaian Prestasi Kerja Karyawan, bagaimana gambaran tingkat Komitmen Karyawan dan adakah pengaruh Penilaian Prestasi Kerja terhadap Komitmen Karyawan pada Kantor Wilayah Usaha Pos V (PT. Pos Indonesia) Bandung. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua Variabel yaitu Variabel Penilaian Prestasi Kerja dan Variabel Komitmen Karyawan. Adapun indikator Penilaian Prestasi Kerja adalah Relevance (Keterkaitan), Sensitivity (Kepekaan), Reliability (Keterandalan/Kepercayaan), Acceptability (Dapat Diterima), Practicality (Kepraktisan). Indikator Variabel Komitmen Karyawan adalah Affective Commitment (Komitmen Afektif), Normative Commitment (Komitmen Normatif), Continuance Commitment (Komitmen Kelanjutan). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data angket (kuisioner), observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket model skala likert yang dimodifikasi.

Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederahana. Anggota populasi berjumlah 258 orang, diambil sampel dengan menggunakan random sampling sederhana (simple random sampling) yaitu sebesar 75 orang responden. Secara garis besar gambaran Penilaian Prestasi Kerja pada Kantor Wilayah Usaha Pos V (PT. Pos Indonesia) Bandung termasuk pada kategori efektif. Kondisi ini perlu dipertahankan oleh perusahaan, serta gambaran tingkat Komitmen Karyawan pada Kantor Wilayah Usaha Pos V (PT. Pos Indonesia) Bandung termasuk dalam kategori tinggi.

Abstract This research was conducted at the Post Office Business Area V (PT Pos Indonesia) Bandung. The problem studied in this research is how the picture of the effectiveness of Employee Job Performance Assessment, how is the level of employee commitment and is there any influence Job Performance Assessment on Employee Commitment to Business Area Post Offices V (PT Pos Indonesia) Bandung. The study consisted of two variables, namely Variable Variable Job Performance Assessment and Employee Commitment. The indicator is the Job Performance Assessment Relevance, Sensitivity, Reliability, Acceptable, Practicality. Employee commitment is an indicator variable Affective Commitment, Normative Commitment, Commitment Continuation. The method used is the method of explanatory survey. The data collection is from the questionnaire, observation, and literature study. The instrument uses the modification of Likert scale model questionnaire and the data analysis technique uses a regression analysis. The total population is 258 people and it only takes 75 respondents as a sample based on the simple random sampling. Marginally image of Job Performance Assessment Business Area Post Offices V (PT Pos Indonesia) Bandung, including the effective category. These conditions need to be maintained by the company, as well as the description of the level of employee commitment in Business Area Post Offices V (PT Pos Indonesia) Bandung included in the high category.
