PENGARUH PRAKTEK KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA ORGANISASI (Studi Empiris pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah Kota
The purpose of the research is to provide empirical evidence about knowledge management practices such as leadership support, employee training and learning opportunities, knowledge sharing process, information and communication technologies infrastructure, incentives, transfer or job rotation program, ICT know-how and skills, knowledge sharing technologies, that affect organizational performance. The statistic method that used to test the hypotheses is multiple regression analysis. The population of this research the regional work units (SKPD) Salatiga consisting of 32 orgaizations. The sample used by 97 respondents were selected by purposive sampling. Goal setting theory used to explain the influence between variables. Furthermore, variables were measured using Likert scale 1-5. The results of this research show that only leadership support, ICT infrastructure, and knowledge sharing technologies have significant positive effect on organizational performance. In addition, employee training and learning opportunities, knowledge sharing, incentives, ICT know-how and skills, as well as mutations or job rotation program do not affect on organizational performance.
