 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Orang Tua, Lingkungan Sekolah, dan Pemanfaatan Gaya Belajar terhadap Prestasi Belajar Ekonomi siswa Kelas XI IPS  Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014, yang berjumlah 87 siswa. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan kuisioner.

Uji validitas instrument penelitian menggunakan rumus korelasi Product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Cronbach Alpha. Sebelum dilakukan analisis data terlebih dahulu diadakan pengujian prasyarat analisis yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Teknik analisis yang dipakai untuk menguji hipotesis adalah dengan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dan teknik analisis regresi ganda pada taraf signifikasi 5%

Pengaruh Persepsi Siswa tetang Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi terhadap Prestasi Belajar Akuntansi

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Persepsi Siswa tetang Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi terhadap Prestasi Belajar Akuntansi pada Siswa Kelas XI IPS di SMA N 1  Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014; (2) Pengaruh Lingkukngan Teman Sebaya terhadap Prestasi Belajar Akuntansi pada Siswa Kelas XI IPS di SMA N  Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014; (3) Pengaruh Motivasi Belajar terhadap Prestasi Belajar Akuntansi pada Siswa Kelas XI IPS di SMA N 1  Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014; dan (4) Pengaruh Persepsi Siswa tentang Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi, Lingkungan Teman Sebaya, dan Motivasi Belajar terhadap Prestasi Belajar Akuntansi pada Siswa Kelas XI IPS di SMA N 1 S Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian kausal komparatif ini bertempat di SMA N 1  dan dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai bulan Juni 2014. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1  yang berjumlah 103 siswa.

Pengumpulan data Persepsi Siswa tentang Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi, Lingkungan Teman Sebaya, dan Motivasi Belajar diperoleh menggunakan angket. Uji coba instrumen dilaksanakan pada 25 responden yang kemudian dihitung menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis regresi sederhana dan teknik analisis regresi ganda. Sebelum analisis data, terlebih dahulu diadakan pengujian persyaratan analisis meliputi uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. download

Rise and fall of an employee's performance is due to the unfavorable organizational culture, employees who lack discipline in carrying out the work, the absentee rate is always rising and declining morale. These conditions resulted in the education department is difficult to develop. The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work discipline, morale and performance of staff education department Sragen. This study uses independent variables are organizational culture, work discipline and morale, as well as the dependent variable is the performance of employees. Poulasi used are employees of the education department Subag Sragen general, financial Subag, Subag PEP, Dikmen, and PNF Orseni. The sampling technique was conducted using convenience sampling, the sampling is done by members of the population, namely the ease of just 52 employees. Data analysis methods used are quantitative analyzes include test validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hipotesiz test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regersi analysis which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that have met the test of validity, reliability testing, and the classical assumption processed to produce a regression equation as follows: Y = 0.423 X1 + 0.322 X2 + 0.267 X3 Based upon a multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that the culture of the organization, work discipline, and morale positive and significant impact on employee performance

This research is caused by why consumer want to buy products with a system of pre order online. Even though this system has some risk such as deception by the seller, length of time the goods arrive and else. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of price, attractiveness post message, trust, reputation and buying interest towards purchase decisions with a system pre order online in online shop Chopper Jersey. The Population used in this research are the consumers of online shop Chopper Jersey. 200 respondents that taken as sample using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling approach. The analysis technique used in this research is structural equation models with 16.0 Amos program. The results of this research indicate that the price have positive impact on buying interest. Attractiveness of the posting messages impacting positively on buying interest. Trust have positive impact on buying interest. Reputation have positive impact on buying interest and buying interest have positive impact on purchasing decisions online

Competition in the business world today is getting tight. It is also felt by businesses such culinary Waroeng Special Sambal. Many other attempts that have sprung up with the characteristics of each. That customers are satisfied and do not move to another place, then the company should know the factors that affect customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction can be created through pricing, quality products and quality service. In particular, this study discusses customer satisfaction Waroeng Special Sambal cabang Lampersari Semarang. This study examined three independent variables, ie price, product quality, and quality of service can affect customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the three independent variables on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted with a questionnaire to 100 customers Waroeng Special Sambal obtained by using purposive sampling techniques. Then conducted an analysis of data obtained in the form of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis involves the validity and reliability testing, test classic assumptions, multiple regression analysis, Goodness of Fit test through regression coefficient (R2), F test and t test. Qualitative analysis is an interpretation of the data obtained in this study and the results of data processing is carried out by giving a description and explanation. The data that have met the test of validity, reliability, and test the assumptions of classical processed to produce a regression equation as follows: Y = 0.233 X1 + 0.413 X2 + 0.272 X3 These results indicate that all the independent variables tested are positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction through the F test and t test, whereas the number Adjusted R Square of 0.521 indicates 52.1% of the variation in customer satisfaction Waroeng Special Sambal cabang Lampersari Semarang which can be explained by the third independent variable, where the remaining 47.9% is explained by other factors outside of the study.

This study aims to analyze the effect of income expectation, family environment, and education toward college student entrepreneurial interest in Faculty Economic and Bussiness, Undip. Using survey questionnaires data collection, the samples of this research are student entrepreneurial interest in Faculty Economic and Bussiness, Undip. Data used is primary data with collection method is through questionnaires. Technique data used is multiple regression. The result of this study are : (1) There is positive effect between income expectation and college student entrepreneurial interest in Faculty Economic and Bussiness, Undip. This means the higher income so will be the higher their interest to be entrepreneur. (2) There is positive effect between family environment and college student entrepreneurial interest in Faculty Economic and Bussiness, Undip. This means the higher effect of family so will be the higher their interest to be entrepreneur. (3) There is positive effect between education and college student entrepreneurial interest in Faculty Economic and Bussiness, Undip. This means the higher education level so will be the higher their interest to be entrepreneur

The research is motivated by the increasing number of modes of public transport, especially bus routes serving routes Solo - Semarang making competition among service providers and the increasingly tighter bus provides a variety of options for consumers. While the selected object in this study is the bus that included one Rajawali bus routes serving Solo - Semarang. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence consumer loyalty to the Rajawali bus service company. Many factors can affect consumer loyalty including price fairness, quality of service and customer satisfaction. After a literature review and preparation of hypotheses, data were collected through quantitative methods with techniques questionnaires to 120 respondents who are customers / passengers of the bus Rajawali. The method of analysis used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study used purposive sampling techniques for sampling where they've never been on a bus Rajawali all the more than two times as well as all of the respondents have a profession / occupation as a student. From the processing of the data is obtained five hypotheses. Meanwhile, in the questionnaire also contained open-ended questions that can be useful to know the information or reasons of consumer. The results showed that of the price fairness effect on customer satisfaction, service quality affects customer satisfaction, price fairness has no effect on customer loyalty, service quality does not affect customer loyalty, and the last is the effect of customer satisfaction to customer loyalty

PENGARUH PENILAIAN PRESTASI KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN KARYAWAN PADA KANTOR WILAYAH USAHA POS V (PT. POS INDONESIA) BANDUNG

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Wilayah Usaha Pos V (PT. Pos Indonesia) Bandung. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana gambaran efektivitas Penilaian Prestasi Kerja Karyawan, bagaimana gambaran tingkat Komitmen Karyawan dan adakah pengaruh Penilaian Prestasi Kerja terhadap Komitmen Karyawan pada Kantor Wilayah Usaha Pos V (PT. Pos Indonesia) Bandung. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua Variabel yaitu Variabel Penilaian Prestasi Kerja dan Variabel Komitmen Karyawan. Adapun indikator Penilaian Prestasi Kerja adalah Relevance (Keterkaitan), Sensitivity (Kepekaan), Reliability (Keterandalan/Kepercayaan), Acceptability (Dapat Diterima), Practicality (Kepraktisan). Indikator Variabel Komitmen Karyawan adalah Affective Commitment (Komitmen Afektif), Normative Commitment (Komitmen Normatif), Continuance Commitment (Komitmen Kelanjutan). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data angket (kuisioner), observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket model skala likert yang dimodifikasi.

Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederahana. Anggota populasi berjumlah 258 orang, diambil sampel dengan menggunakan random sampling sederhana (simple random sampling) yaitu sebesar 75 orang responden. Secara garis besar gambaran Penilaian Prestasi Kerja pada Kantor Wilayah Usaha Pos V (PT. Pos Indonesia) Bandung termasuk pada kategori efektif. Kondisi ini perlu dipertahankan oleh perusahaan, serta gambaran tingkat Komitmen Karyawan pada Kantor Wilayah Usaha Pos V (PT. Pos Indonesia) Bandung termasuk dalam kategori tinggi.

Abstract This research was conducted at the Post Office Business Area V (PT Pos Indonesia) Bandung. The problem studied in this research is how the picture of the effectiveness of Employee Job Performance Assessment, how is the level of employee commitment and is there any influence Job Performance Assessment on Employee Commitment to Business Area Post Offices V (PT Pos Indonesia) Bandung. The study consisted of two variables, namely Variable Variable Job Performance Assessment and Employee Commitment. The indicator is the Job Performance Assessment Relevance, Sensitivity, Reliability, Acceptable, Practicality. Employee commitment is an indicator variable Affective Commitment, Normative Commitment, Commitment Continuation. The method used is the method of explanatory survey. The data collection is from the questionnaire, observation, and literature study. The instrument uses the modification of Likert scale model questionnaire and the data analysis technique uses a regression analysis. The total population is 258 people and it only takes 75 respondents as a sample based on the simple random sampling. Marginally image of Job Performance Assessment Business Area Post Offices V (PT Pos Indonesia) Bandung, including the effective category. These conditions need to be maintained by the company, as well as the description of the level of employee commitment in Business Area Post Offices V (PT Pos Indonesia) Bandung included in the high category.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana tanggapan responden terhadap brand equity merek 347/eat; (2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana tanggapan responden terhadap strategi perluasan merek (brand extention) 347/eat; (3) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh brand equity terhadap strategi perluasan merek (brand extension) pada 347/eat Clothing Company Bandung.

Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain deskriptif, dengan metode: (1) Metode Survei (2) Metode Pengembangan (3) Metode Korelasi, untuk menentukan pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel tergantung. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui: (a) Observasi (b) Studi pustaka (c) Angket/ kuesioner. Untuk mendapatkan deskriptif dari masing-masing variabel dilakukan analisis terhadap instrumen kuesioner dengan mengumpulkan skor sebagai hasil penilaian dari masing-masing responden dengan indikator skala 1 sampai 5 yang menginterprestasikan dari kondisi sangat baik, baik, sedang, tidak baik, dan sangat tidak baik. Untuk mencari seberapa kuat pengaruh keberhasilan merek terhadap strategi perluasan merek, maka dilakukan uji korelasi dengan menggunakan metode statistik Rank Spearman (rs) yang diteruskan dengan mencari persentase pengaruh brand equity terhadap strategi perluasan merek (brand extention) pada 347/eat Clothing Company Bandung dengan rumus koefisien.




Dari hasil analisis kuesioner terhadap brand equity diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata kesetujuan responden terhadap seluruh indikator pada kuesioner adalah sebesar 3,8 dengan skor skala 1-5 berarti bahwa brand equity sebagai variabel x pada 347/eat Clothing Company Bandung adalah baik. Sedangkan hasil analisis kuesioner terhadap strategi perluasan merek diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata kesetujuan terhadap seluruh indikator pada kuesioner adalah sebesar 3,24 dengan skor skala 1-5 berarti bahwa strategi perluasan merek sebagai variabel y pada 347/eat Clothing Company Bandung adalah sedang (cukup). Dari hasil uji korelasi dengan menggunakan rumus Rank Spearman (rs) terhadap brand equity sebagai variabel x dengan strategi perluasan merek sebagai variabel y menghasilkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,997 berarti bahwa brand equity mempengaruhi strategi perluasan merek pada 347/eat Clothing Company Bandung dengan pengaruh sangat kuat dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 99,5% mengindikasikan bahwa variabel brand equity sebagai variabel x mempengaruhi strategi perluasan merek sebagai variabel y pada 347/eat Clothing Company Bandung dengan nilai hampir sempurna (absolute).
